
One of the Kollywood high-paid actors and Tamilaga Vettrikazhagam Leader “Thalapathy” opens up in an X post stating that the Central Government Neglected Tamil Nadu Again in the 2024-25 Budget.
A few days back TVK Leader Vijay, Celebrated his political party’s first anniversary. Soon after finishing his 69th movie, the prominent face of Tamil Cinema will be quitting the cine world and entering into full-time politics. In this situation, for the past few months, TVK Leader Vijay putting out bold comments against the Central and State Governments. As a continuation, a few days back he shared some news on his X page.
“The Union Budget 2025-26 has indeed brought some welcome changes, especially for the middle class. The income tax exemption for those earning up to 12 lakh per annum is a significant relief, and it’s estimated that over 1 crore taxpayers will pay zero tax under the new tax regime”.
“However, as you mentioned, the lack of announcements on reducing petrol/diesel taxes and simplifying GST is a disappointment. These measures could have provided much-needed relief to the poor and needy, who make up the majority of the population” says TVK Leader Vijay.
