TVK Leader Vijay Gets Y Category Security! Why?

Thalapathy Vijay, a renowned Kollywood actor, announced his official political party at the start of 2024. Not only that, he also announced that he would quit his cinema career immediately after completing his 69th movie, titled Jana Nayagan.

As the leader of the Tamilaga Vettrikazhagam, Thalapathy Vijay conducted his first official political meeting in Vikravandi last year.

During the meeting, he directly attacked the ruling DMK party, and he has continued to take a strong stance in all his subsequent statements.

In this situation, the Ministry of Home Affairs has provided Thalapathy Vijay with Y Category Security. As a result, 8 to 11 armed guards will accompany him, but only within Tamil Nadu.

The reason for granting Y Category Security is the rumored threats Thalapathy Vijay received after announcing his entry into politics.

This type of security is commonly given to high-profile individuals, including the Prime Minister, President, Central Ministers, high-profile actors, and sports personalities.
